Chef Kirsten Shaw, who jumped on board in October 2016, had a great start to the Caribbean season. A selected 8 brokers had the chance to sample her cuisine during a lunch on board at the Antigua Charter Yacht Show. Catering to different allergies and preferences, she composed a balanced menu with vegan and lactose-intolerant alternatives. Besides being a French culinary trained chef, she also produces the most wonderful sushi!
